Description

Don’t let rust or paint damage ruin the appearance of your vehicle. If left untreated, iron fallout can lead to oxidation and permanent damage that can be costly to repair. Iron Remover is a powerful and effective way to dissolve ferrous oxides from painted surfaces and wheels, preventing long-term deterioration. The formula utilizes color change technology to show you contaminated surfaces during your car wash process. This car wash product is specially formulated to help remove iron particles from your vehicle's paintwork without having to do so mechanically.

Bonded iron can be a huge problem if it embeds itself into the surface of your vehicle. When Iron Remover is applied to your vehicle’s paint it instantly loosens up iron oxide particles allowing you to easily rinse them off, keeping your car looking its best for years to come.

Iron Remover is a PH-neutral formula, meaning it is safe to use on all painted surfaces including wheels. We recommend testing an inconspicuous area on your vehicle before applying it to the entire surface, however. Regular use helps maintain a clean, contaminant-free surface, ensuring oxidation removal and prolonging the life of your vehicle’s finish.

Directions:

  1. Spray Iron Remover directly onto a cool, dry surface, such as wheels or painted areas.
  2. Allow the product to dwell for 3-8 minutes to break down ferrous particles.
  3. Agitate lightly if needed, and watch as the formula reacts, turning purple to indicate contamination removal.
  4. Rinse thoroughly to leave the surface clean and free from embedded iron.
Avoid allowing the product to dry on the surface for best outcomes.

Great product!

Used the Yvan's method, 1 spray on the panel, 1 spray on the perforated synthetic decontamination towel and go to town!!

It smells awful, but it works!

Okay, the smell is not that bad when used outside… but far from pleasant.

That said, used along with the DIY Decontamination (Clay) towel, it provides really excellent results with very little product. The DIY team do a really great job at training everyone on how to use this along with their other products.

I’ve used it mostly in preparation for the application of ceramic coating up to now, but intend to start using it regularly when cleaning vehicles.

Removes the enviromental iron

I have applied this and used the whole bottle after one wash and it works before your eyes. My white car was streaked in purple and my garage smelled like bad eggs for a while.
This time I use the Iron Remover and the Fine Grade Clay Cloth and followed Ivan Lacroix's You Tube video. One spray on the towel and one spray on the car panel of my damp just washed car. It worked super well and I used way less product. I am going to continue with this process from now on.
